Karissa is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), with a certification in prenatal yoga. She lives and teaches in Coastal Virginia, and considers it a total joy to help others in their journey of health and wellness. Karissa has her B.S. in Psychology, and is a mom of three littles. When she’s not on her mat Karissa can be found spending time with her family, testing out a new recipe, nose deep in a book, or looking for any excuse to go to the beach.

Kelly is a very busy mother of 4 who works in Coastal Virginia as a women’s health nurse practitioner. For more than a decade she has been caring for women during pregnancy with a special interest in postpartum transitions and infertility. Kelly also directs a grant supported group prenatal care model called “Centering Pregnancy” which she absolutely loves. When Kelly is not working, she likes to hang out with her husband and children camping, hiking, or biking.

Leanne lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her children at their various sporting events and activities. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Arlington and a Master of Science in Education at Old Dominion University.

She is a labor and delivery nurse supporting moms and families throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum. Leanne has also worked as a doula providing individualized continuous labor support for women including comfort measures, massage, coaching, relaxation, and support person guidance.

Leanne is passionate about providing families with information regarding their options for the birth experience they desire. She believes every family should be supported in planning, preparing for, and making informed decisions for a safe yet unique delivery.

Dalina was born and raised in Virgina where she currently lives with her family. She earned both her Associates and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Norfolk State University. She then went onto earn her Masters of Science in Nursing Educator from Liberty University. She is a postpartum and nursery nurse who loves to pour into the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.

Jason is an enterprise development specialist with decades of multi-sector experience. He earned his MBA from Regent University in 2002, Over the years has started and led several companies. He has served as a consultant, coach, trainer, mentor, investment banker or board member for businesses on several continents and across many industry sectors.

Cheryl is a midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner who has been caring for women, newborns, and families more than 30 years. She views the opportunity to journey with women through their pregnancy and beyond as a sacred privilege.

It was during her doctoral work that she realized the power of social media to share valuable information and connect women to each other and to valuable resources. Cheryl is passionate about helping women plan and achieve the birth experience they desire, and believes that learning about their choices makes the difference!
